Copyright notice

Authors who publish in the Gaceta Médica Estudiantil  journal maintain their copyright and they transfer the publication rights to the journal, their article will simultaneously be subject to the Creative Commons Acknowledgment License (CC-BY-NC 4.0)

The authors do not assign their economic rights to the Gaceta Médica Estudiantil journal, nor will they leave their copyrights to the editor.

Authors are allowed and recommended to disseminate their work through the Internet (for example: in institutional telematic archives or on their website) before and during the submission process, which can lead to interesting exchanges and increase citations of the published work.

Likewise, it may establish additional agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the version of the work published in the journal (for example, placing it in an institutional repository or publishing it in a book), with the recognition of having been first published in this journal.
